Daily rituals you can do to enhance and elevate your frequency, cleanse your energy field, and empower yourself
Breath work in the morning:
By taking time to sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and focus on your breath, you can help center, ground, and cleanse your energy.
- Start by finding a quiet safe place. 
- Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. What do you notice? Are you breathing shallow or deeply? Do you feel calm or stressed? 
- Now take a deep breath in for 4 seconds, imagine you are breathing in golden light energy from the cosmos (source). 
- Hold your breath for 3 seconds, feel the energy encompass your body, filling you with renewed energy and uplifting your frequency. 
- Exhale for 5 seconds. Imagine you are breathing out all the old energy that is within your body. Expelling everything that no longer serves you. 
- Repeat at least 3 times, or however many times you feel you need. 
- Bring yourself back to your normal breath. How do you feel? Do you feel lighter? Calmer? 
- Continue on your day knowing that you took time out for yourself. Be proud of yourself and feel the renewed, beautiful golden energy throughout your body. 
** If at any time you feel short of breath or struggling to breathe, bring yourself back to your normal breath. Do not hold your breath or continue if you feel unsafe or cannot breathe properly. If this continues, please seek medical advice.
