Before you wear your new garment, you can choose to calibrate the frequency within your garment to cater to you and your energetic needs. Follow these steps to activate your garment.

1. Set up your space and clean the energy

   Find a quiet, safe space for you to work in. Place the chosen garment in front of you, where you can touch it. You can cleanse your space with the help of burning sage (be careful of embers and smoke inhalation) and protective crystals. Light a candle in a safe space, you can use one of our Intention crystal candles to enhance the chosen intention you wish to imbue. Take 3 deep breaths to get your mind and body centred and connected with your soul, quieten your mind. Invited your angels, guides, higher self to assist and protect you during this activation.

   
   

2. Create an energy connection to the divine (source, Gaia, whoever/whatever you believe in)

   Imagine a waterfall of golden light energy coming down and flowing around the room, cleansing you and the room of any negative energy. Feel into the energy and bring that energy into your being to support your connection to the Divine.

   
   

3. Enhance and activate your energy centres

   Feel the energy coming into your body, lighting up your energy chakra points and connecting you to both the Divine and Gaia. Once you feel centred and the energy is flowing in a steady stream through your body, start to think of your chosen intention, emotion, healing, dream, or affirmation you wish to activate within your garment.

   
   

   E.g. "I set the intention for (your garments name) to always protect me through negative energy, becoming a barrier between myself and damaging negative energies, that can bring down my frequency. I ask that this garment flows and amplifies positive energies around my being."

   
   

4. Imbue your energy and intentions into your garments

   Now imagine your energy, imbued with your intention, emotion, etc. start to flow into your garment (you can place your hands on your garment if this is easier to visualise). From here breathe in deeply, solidifying your frequency into the garment. Give thanks to your angels, guides, higher self and yourself for assisting and completing the activation. Be proud of this great step you have chosen to embark on, elevating your frequency and healing your body to become a better version of yourself. Be kind to yourself and love yourself. You are doing amazing.

Through doing this simple activation you have now created a garment that is solely for you, a piece that will work to enhance your being and soul. The garment will feel personal and solely yours, a tool for you to use for healing, energy enhancement, positive mood booster, anything your heart and soul desires.
