Rituals Behind the Seams

A sacred process of energy, intention, and healing through cloth

At Lost in Lee, fashion is not merely worn — it is felt, lived, and transmuted. Every garment that flows from our atelier is more than a beautifully constructed piece — it is a sacred vessel, holding intention, energy, and resonance for the woman who wears it.

This is the behind-the-scenes alchemy — the rituals behind the seams.

Setting the Intention

Each piece begins in ceremony. Before any fabric is chosen, I enter a meditative state to tune in to the soul of the garment — and to you, the wearer. Through intuitive connection, I receive guidance on what colours, fibres, and forms will support your healing journey. This is a co-creation with the Divine, and no two experiences are ever the same.

Selecting Sacred Materials

Using only deadstock and natural fibres, I allow the ritual to guide the fabric selection. Colour theory, fibre properties, and frequency alignment all play a role. I ask the cloth: What is your medicine? Who are you meant to hold?

This is where the magic begins — in listening deeply.

Sound & Frequency Encoding

Throughout the making process, I work with healing frequencies — often playing Solfeggio tones, binaural beats, or nature sounds as I cut and stitch. These vibrations imprint themselves into the garment’s energetic field, supporting nervous system regulation and emotional balance for the wearer.

Breathwork & Presence

I never create in a rush. Every stitch is placed with presence. Before I begin, I do grounding breathwork, clearing my energy so only love, clarity, and intention are woven into the seams. The work is slow, soulful, and reverent — a meditation in motion.

Energetic Sealing & Blessing

When your garment is complete, I perform a sealing ritual. This may include burning sacred herbs, anointing with oils, speaking affirmations or mantras, and holding the piece under sunlight or moonlight, depending on the energy it needs. I send gratitude into the garment — for the elements, the Earth, and for you.

The final step is intention-setting: calling in whatever healing, power, or presence your soul is ready to receive.

Wearing the Frequency

When you receive your garment, know this: you are not simply wearing fabric. You are stepping into a field of frequency — one designed to hold you, heal you, and honour your essence.

This is slow fashion as ceremony. Beauty as medicine. Garments as gateways.

This is the Lost in Lee way.
